NEW SUPER FIGHT

Ok both of these guys coming off big wins for their titles both finishing in dominate fashion and both have big tests coming up for their title defenses

Cain Velasquez vs Jon Jones

Both are great wrestlers with Vicious ground and pound , i give a power edge to cain and the more technical striking but with jones reach anything can happen .. now i give jones a bjj edge only because cain shows absolute no bjj in his fights the guy never even puts hooks in lol

we could acually see this fight i dont see jones staying at 205 much longer as he gets older his body will fill out making way to hard to cut to 205 ala allistar overeem sam situation

why in the hell is everyone talking about these super fights, im gonna qoute dana here, these fights are fantasy fights, there is allot of stuff thats gotta fall into place, jon jones is not a champion yet imo, to be a champion imo you have to defend, and there is allot of guys from now and into next yr if everything goes right that will be challenging jon jones for his belt, rashad, machida/cotoure( i think thats a number 1 contender fight if either one finishes that fight) shogun if he can bounce(i hope he does i really like him) phil davis if he beats nog and i can see the winner of that fight fighting the winner of tito/bader, so u can see my point there is a long ways away b4 we can talk super fights, we have to see how jones fights as a champion

but champs didnt defend their titles and i think gsp vs silva could happen because they rule their division for a long time no need to do a champ vs champ with good contenders in the division

All the match ups r far-fetched. Like luke said, u have to rule ur division and hold the belt for a while (a couple years). If jones and cain cant do that, they'll keep having fights in there WC because that would be tough enough. There r no super fights unless there's nobody in the division to fight. Both guys have a handfull of fights before they can think about that.

If it did happen sooner than later, I would say Silva vs Bones is a better fight right now. Down the road 5 years from now, Cain vs Bones is a great fight. Bones is to small now.

he is prbly gonna run through evans as well, and he wouldnt be in my top ten if he didnt dominate rua like that, i thought that fight was going to go 4 or 5 rds b4 some one finished not a 3 rd finish, and even greg jackson was shocked he dominated, no one has ever done that to rua, in the forest fight rua was at least competitive for a rd or 2, same in the coleman fight, but in this fight it could have been finished in the first, even jackson noticed this, and in saying he hasnt fought anyone in top ten i hope ur saying top ten lhw if u meant top ten p4p ur stupid, bader is the number 5/6 lhw right now and jones crushed him, rua was the number one lhw and jones crushed him so he has fought two top ten lhw's and walked through them both

No doubt Cain and Bones is the better fight, but the more likely fight is with Silva, cause it can happen sooner.

yeah by the time jones is a hw which is about 5 yrs down the road cain might not be champ and jones might not be champ thats why every1 is calling for a super fight with silva
