you guys are crazy to think he can land a spinning elbow on shogun ... the way bones land his spinning elbow is he does it from the clinch while grabbing an arm, does it .. and it actually ends up hitting you on the back of the head which is illegal cuz it dazes you BUT WHATEVER. If machida's elusiveness couldn't hit shogun in 6 rounds, i dont think a spinning elbow will come close to him .. but i hope he tries, cuz shogun's game is on the feet in this fight, and when he does that flaunty strikes game, he will get counter KO'd.

We dont know bones cardio under pressure, we dont know how good chin really is, and we dont know how much those chicken legs of his can hold pain. We know everything about shogun, and he knows everything. His biggest fight was bader, who in his own terms is still very unexperienced, and is just a wrestler with some power.
You need to watch bones vs bonnar again, cuz in that 3rd round Shogun woulda ate him alive, and guess what, shogun was watching that fight, he was there !! In between rounds, they show shogun on the big screen, and i m pretty sure he proabably thought on how would i beat this guy ...
i love jones, i knew since day 1 hes the big thing, people laughed at me .. i posted once after he beat the janitor, bones vs shogun and bones vs anderson who wins ? they all laughed their asses off, and said jones is just hype bla bla bla , the same people hanging on his nuts right this fucking second, but i knew he would be here loooong fucking time ago. BUT bones and shogun are on a different level of expereice, can jones win ? yes he can execute a perfect gameplan, is he the favorite ? NO ..
If shogun loses, u dont need to come and say i told you so because I knew shogun can lose this fight, this is #1 LHW vs the #1 contender, jones wouldnt be there if he didnt have a shot .. AGAIN, is he the favorite ? not in a million years .. We dont know alot of thing about bones, hes been to the 3rd round once and he waas breathing heavier than me after going up a flight a stairs, yes thats right.
Like i said when the first fight came out, dont try to predict this, only give an edge, but you have NO idea how this fight will go. Dont try to reason why bones will win, dont try to reason why shogun will win. Just sit back and enjoy the damn fight and pray for your favorite to win.
