vera not cut from ufc

Brandon Vera will not have to find a new home to fight.

After suffering a one sided butt whooping at the hands of Thiago Silva
this past month the UFC announced their intentions to release "The
Truth" from their roster. However, according to reports, the UFC has now
rescinded his dismissal with the developments surrounding a possible
failed drug screening performed on his opponent Mr. Silva.

According to sources, the bout that served as Vera's swan song will more
than likely be turned into a no contest and Brandon will once again be
able to compete on the biggest stage in Mixed Martial Arts.

No word on when he is expected to return to action, but this is good news for all Vera fans.

wow...lucky break for the guy cuz silva humiliated him....now silva is doing a chael sonnen... :P

the silva and sonnen things are way different silvas roids are to make him stronger sonnen has a testosterone deficiency and he takes prescribed by a doctor so he can keep his strength it has no enhancing effects to it bas rutten took the same stuff and the same exact shit happened to him

they never said they found roids in silva's results

well if they said he failed a drug test that means he tooks something illegal
